Dorchester Court is our third property for Smith Waters. Located in Sloane Street, it is within 5 minutes walking distance of a dozen or so of our other contract properties and the win follows that of its “sister’ property, Grosvenor Court, late last year.
Northwood Hall in Hornsey Lane is a Maunder Taylor property with 194 apartments that has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment of its heating and hot water services by others. Now the apartments have HIUs served by a large new boiler room – CEM is maintaining the latter.
Telegraph House in Rutland Gardens, Knightsbridge is managed by Marler & Marler, a company CEM has been working with for over 20 years.
Cope House in Earls Court Road is a Haus property with four apartments including two penthouses. The ground floor is being fitted out as a Buddhist Meditation Centre – very Kensington & Chelsea.
Cassiobury House in Watford is managed by Garner Advanced and is a commercial building that is currently occupied by the Watford County Court, UK Construction Safety Services (CSCS Test Centre), Co-operative Insurance Society amongst others.
